    The age started off completely in the first two chapters but changed after. She maybe lied to appear old but that's not in the story.

    Okay so we started off with Lola being 15 and Tyler being 17. A year of dating would make Lola 16 while Tyler turns 18 on his birthday. Then she runs to her grandma house at 16 years old. A year later she should be 17 almost 18 ready to find her mate.
